Tech it Easy RGV is a founder-led, on-site technology support service for homes and small offices across the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. We help people get everyday technology working and understand what to do next.

Common requests include Wi-Fi and router problems, slow computers, software and device setup, printers, smart TVs and streaming devices, Bluetooth, smart-home devices, new technology, and practical small-office connectivity. We support both Mac and Windows computers along with many common home devices.

Service depends on the device, condition, compatibility, parts, account access, and the work you authorize. We explain the likely options and ask before adding time, parts, or another visit.

What happens during a visit

  1. We confirm the request

    An online time is a preference, not an automatic booking. We contact you to confirm availability and the arrival plan.

  2. We document the starting condition

    Before work, the service scope and the equipment’s visible condition should be recorded so pre-existing issues are clear.

  3. We troubleshoot what you authorized

    We limit access to what is reasonably needed for the requested work and ask before accessing personal content or changing the scope.

  4. We explain the result

    Every visit includes printed Personal Tech Notes with plain-language information relevant to the completed work.

Privacy and account safety

Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, financial details, or other sensitive information through the website form. Customers should enter passwords themselves when possible. Tech it Easy RGV does not retain passwords and limits work to the tasks the customer authorizes. Back up important data before service.

We serve McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Harlingen, Brownsville, San Juan, Weslaco, Donna, South Padre Island, and nearby RGV communities, subject to scheduling and confirmation. If your community is not listed, call or text and we will confirm whether a visit is available.
