Most tech support for seniors means calling an 800 number, being put on hold, and trying to follow confusing instructions over the phone. That’s not how we work. We come to your home, sit with you, and work through things together at your pace. We don’t leave until you feel comfortable and confident.

Every visit includes Personal Tech Notes — printed plain-language instructions you keep. So if you forget something next week, you have it written down in plain English (or Spanish).

Booking for a Parent or Grandparent?

Many of our visits are arranged by adult children or grandchildren for a loved one in the RGV. You can book online and provide the address of the senior’s home — we’ll take care of the rest. We’re patient, respectful, and background-checked.
