1. Appointment requests are not confirmations

The website shows preferred times for your convenience; it is not a live availability calendar. Submitting the form creates an appointment request only. No appointment is confirmed until Tech it Easy RGV accepts it by phone, text, or email. Please contact us if a matter is urgent.

2. Website pricing

Unless a page clearly says otherwise, the standard service visit advertised on this website is $79 for up to 60 minutes. Additional time, parts, special-order items, travel outside the normal service area, subcontracted work, or follow-up visits may cost extra, but we will explain the proposed price and request approval before adding charges. Website descriptions are general and are not a binding estimate for a specific job.

3. Service limitations

We cannot promise that every issue can be diagnosed or repaired, that data can be recovered, or that every device, account, network, or third-party service will remain compatible or available. Do not rely on this website as a substitute for emergency, cybersecurity-incident, legal, financial, or manufacturer-authorized support.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate request information, have authority to request work on the relevant equipment or account, maintain appropriate backups, and avoid sending passwords or other sensitive credentials through the website.
