Website Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: July 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of techiteasyrgv.com. A signed service order or other written service agreement, when used, separately governs work performed at your home or business.
1. How appointment confirmation works
The website shows preferred times for your convenience. Submitting the form records an appointment request, and Tech it Easy RGV confirms the visit by phone, text, or email. Please contact us directly for an urgent matter.
2. Website pricing
The standard service visit advertised on this website is $79 for up to 60 minutes unless a page clearly states another price. Additional time, parts, special-order items, extended travel, specialized work, or follow-up visits may cost extra. We explain the proposed price and request approval before adding charges. Website descriptions are general, and a specific estimate is prepared for each job.
3. Classes, lessons, and interest lists
Joining a class interest list is free. Registration opens after we publish or directly provide the topic, date, location, duration, price, capacity, payment terms, and cancellation terms. Educational material offers general guidance and practical skills that continue growing with experience. Private lessons and install-and-learn visits are scheduled and priced as services.
4. Technology recycling coordination
Device acceptance is confirmed case by case based on type, quantity, size, condition, travel, available downstream options, and data-handling needs. A quote may include pickup, preparation, storage-device work, or a disclosed facility fee. The person transferring equipment confirms their authority, required backups, account access, legal retention duties, and the information to preserve. Specialized battery or equipment safety cases use an appropriate manufacturer, facility, or local safety pathway. A separate device-transfer acknowledgment may apply.
5. Service scope
Each request is evaluated based on the device, data, account, network, compatibility, and third-party services involved. We explain practical outcomes and recommend the appropriate specialized provider for emergency, advanced cybersecurity, legal, financial, or manufacturer-authorized needs.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate request information, have authority to request work on the relevant equipment or account, maintain appropriate backups, keep sensitive credentials under your control, and use the site lawfully and respectfully.
7. Content and intellectual property
The site’s original text, branding, layout, graphics, and other content belong to Tech it Easy RGV or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable law. The public guides may be used for personal, noncommercial reference. Republishing, selling, attributing, or compiling the content for commercial use requires written permission.
8. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services such as Formspree, Google, social networks, device manufacturers, or internet providers. Each third party manages its own availability, content, security, and privacy practices. Links are provided as references.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational guides are provided “as is” and “as available.” Any warranty or right required by applicable law remains in effect.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising only from use of this website excludes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. A signed service order separately governs performed work, and applicable law preserves any liability that must remain.
11. Privacy, changes, and governing law
Our Privacy Policy explains how website information is handled. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Contact us
Questions may be sent to [email protected] or (956) 733-7525.
Service paperwork: For an on-site visit, use the separate service order and pre-service condition acknowledgment in the project’s Policy Documents folder. Those documents address authorization, pre-existing conditions, scope, payment, and signatures.
